Includes all materials: India inks, Yupo paper, brushes, and a very special handmade journal. Just bring yourself, a snack and whatever you want to drink.
What to Expect
Over three hours, we'll move through three phases together.
Phase 1: Awareness and Surrender. We start by releasing rigid thinking and expectations, just you, some charcoal, and the question, what do you need help bending?
Phase 2: Fluid Intuition. This is the heart of the workshop. We'll work with India inks and water on Yupo paper, learning to trust the image and let it guide us, rather than forcing a perfect outcome. Guided journaling prompts deepen the experience while your piece dries.
Phase 3: Activating Your Inner Alchemy. We ground what's surfaced, and you'll walk away with a physical piece that reflects your own breakthrough, along with a special handmade journal with your notes of all you received enclosed.
There's also time near the end for those who want to share, and to hear more about the upcoming Paint From Your Soul class if this leaves you wanting more.

Do I need any art experience?
No. Really. This isn't about technique or making something that looks a certain way. It's about the process, not the product.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. All materials are included, India inks, Yupo paper, brushes and journal.
What if I miss the early bird price?
Registration is still open through August 17th at the regular $80 rate. Space is limited to 12 women, so early registration is recommended either way.
Is this a one time workshop or does it lead to something else?
This evening stands on its own, and it's also a wonderful introduction to the 8 week Paint From Your Soul class, which goes deeper into this same intuitive, soul led approach to art.
