Teraysa Guinasso has her BA in Art & Design and her MA in Consciousness & Transformation, as well as Integral Psychology. She has studied Art, Psychology & Spirituality, personally & professionally for over 40 years, transforming her own life. (A complicated, story full of tough challenges overcome, and many lessons learned.) She is excited to bring her passions and wisdom together for you in various experiences. Below you will find some of her work from watercolor, to acrylics, alcohol inks and mixed media.

Art has always been how I listen.

Long before I became a coach and counselor, I was an artist. I studied Art and Design formally, built a career around color and form, and discovered that the act of making something visible, something that was only feeling before, is one of the most direct routes to self-knowing there is.

That's what Paint From Your Soul offers. Not technique. Not performance. A doorway into your own inner landscape, using your hands, your breath, and whatever color calls to you.
