A Little About Teraysa (Tah-ray-sah)
I guide women who are learning to trust themselves again, not by fixing or forcing change, but by strengthening their relationship with their own inner knowing.
My background weaves together art, coaching, holistic psychology and decades of lived experience supporting women through transition, growth, and self-discovery. At the heart of my work is the belief that lasting change happens when we slow down enough to listen intuitively, allow the Higher Self to lead, and make choices from our inner authority rather than fear, habit, or external pressure.
My work is calm, relational, and practical, guided by conscious creation, mindset, parts work, nervous-system awareness, somatic work and a deep respect for our innate wisdom.

Inner Alchemy Mentorship
A supportive coaching program for women awakening to their inner authority, focused on clarity, self-trust, and conscious decision-making. With art exercises all along the way.
Available as a 3-Month Mentorship
Both group and individual sessions included. This is all live on zoom. Teraysa will be present.

A guided, group-based creative experience for women who want to explore intuitive painting as a practice of inner listening, self-expression, and soulful reflection.

Private Coaching
Teraysa offers 1 on 1 private coaching by the hour for those who would prefer to work this way. First we will set up a Clarity Call that takes an hour to an hour and a half. This is currently complimentary. Take advantage of this while it’s still available. All sessions are remote and online.
